Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1) Who is the DJ?  When is the DJ scheduled?
What kind of music do they play?
A: The DJ is GoodTimes Express, and they are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday night, from  7 P.M. until 11 Pm. They play a variety of music from the 50's, to today's music.

2)  Is there transportation being provided from the sportsmans club to the hospitality room in St. Mary's?
A: No, there will not be transportation available.
   1) It is assumed that people will drink responsibly.  I would suggest that if anyone not staying at the hotel thinks there could be an issue with the amount of alcohol they will consume they should reserve a room at the hotel for safety.  We have a group discount rate.
   2) Adding this cost would greatly increase the reunion fee. We are trying to keep this cost reasonable so that everyone can attend

3)What time do the sportsmans club doors open each day and what time do they close?
A: The doors open at 2 pm each day and remain open until midnight.

4)  What are we supposed to do until 2pm each day?
Saturday morning, a golf event is planned and Sunday morning a bowling event is planned.  Please see the Reunion activities page for more information on that.  We are always looking for volunteers to help decorate and clean up the club each day.  We are working on setting up a few smaller activities; please check the website, details will be posted as they as finalized.

5) Are we inviting other relatives i.e. distant cousins, great aunts & uncles, non-feronti inlaws?
A: We would like to invite any and all relatives, no matter how distant, but we need your help.  If you have any information on any anyone who fits this criteria, please contact lynnette (lynnette.j.smith@boeing.com) before June 1st.

6) Do I have to participate in the pasta cook-off on Sunday?  If not, what do I get to eat?
A:  No, you do not have to participate.  This is meant to be a fun event, volunteer only.  The pasta will be available for all to eat, until it's gone.  If you eat, we ask you vote.  There will be other food available.  This event is meant to be taken very lightly.  A fun time to be had by all.

7) What if I have an idea for an event for the Reunion?
A: The Reunion committee has been working very hard to come up with fun ideas to keep people busy, as well as, give everyone time to visit with each other.  We are always open to new ideas.  If you have something that you would like to take the lead on, and add to the list of events, please contact Lynnette at (lynnette.j.smith@boeing.com) and she will help you get started, or direct you to a committee that your event would fall under so they can get you started.

8) I want to pay, who do I give my money to?
Each family unit has a representative.  That person has voluntewered to collect the money and forward it to Lynnette or Amy.  If for some reason, you are unable to give your money to that representative, you may forward you payment to Lynnette @ 12530 Haltwhistle Ct., Bristow, Va. 20136.  Please understand, our first choice is for you to submit through your representative, but we realize sometimes this is not possible.  Please send to Lynnette as a last resort.  Sending it to your representative makes it easier to track the payments.

9) Why am I not recieving information direct about the reunion?
A: The reunion committee was setup on a volunteer basis with a representative from each family unit.  These representatives agreed to filter information to their family units.  The website was setup as a secondary means of getting information out to the family. if you are not getting information, check the website frequently.  Everything that is being discussed and decided is added here.  We try to upddate weekly.
