We are looking for volunteers for both Friday evening, Saturday morning and Sunday morning set up at the Sportsman club.

We are looking for volunteers Saturday night and Sunday night to help straighten the hall from the days activities.

We want to thank all those people who have already committed their time to the set up and cleaning up of the days events, as well as those soon to volunteer. This may not feel like a glamorous event but it is one of the most important tasks we have at hand. Even if you can only volunteer a few minutes it will take a huge load off the decorating committees shoulders to know they have family there pitching in to lend a helping hand.
